Selection Criteria for Awards (Organizations):

• Government hostels for Scheduled Caste boys and girls.
• Residential schools/ashram schools for Scheduled Caste boys and girls.
• Subsidized hostels for Scheduled Caste boys and girls.
• The decision of the committee at each level will be final.
• The final decision will be made by the committee after inspecting the organizations.
• If two organizations receive equal marks at the final selection stage, the selection will be made by drawing lots.
• An organization that wins the first prize will not be eligible for the award again for a period of 5 years.
• Organizations against which criminal cases have been filed or found to have misused government grants will not be eligible for the award.
• No organization will be eligible to receive two awards at the same time.

Divisional Level: 18 awards (3 awards per 6 revenue divisions)

Second Prize: ₹3 lakh

Divisional Level Awards: 18
