Margin Money Scheme

Brief information about the scheme:

• Projects with investments up to ₹5 lakhs are considered under this scheme.
• The corporation provides 20% seed capital (including a grant of ₹10,000).
• The applicant must contribute 5% of the project amount as their own participation.
• The remaining 75% amount is approved by the bank.
• The seed capital amount approved by the corporation is charged at an interest rate of 4%.
• The repayment period is five years.
