Key Conditions:

1. Must belong to Scheduled Castes and be admitted to QS Top 200 universities for postgraduate and Ph.D. studies abroad.
2. The student’s age should not exceed 35 years for postgraduate degrees and 40 years for Ph.D. degrees.
3. Annual income should be less than ₹8 lakhs.
