Training Scheme

Scheme Details:

• To utilize 10% of the total funds received under the Special Central Assistance Scheme for training programs.
• Vocational training in fields such as vehicle driving, welding, motor mechanics, tailoring, beauty parlour, fitter, radio/TV repair, carpentry, etc., is provided to young men and women aged 18 to 35 from the Matang community who have completed education from 4th grade onwards through government-approved institutions.
• This training helps youth to gain self-employment opportunities.
