    Development of settlements of Scheduled Castes and Neo-Buddhist elements (Rural)

    Key Conditions of the Scheme:

    The Zilla Parishads in the state, through their subordinate mechanisms, must survey and identify the Scheduled Caste and Neo-Buddhist settlements in rural areas as per the provisions of the government resolution.

    Benefits provided:

    Grants are allocated to each settlement of Scheduled Castes and Neo-Buddhist communities based on population as follows:

    Population 10 to 25: Grant of ₹2.00 lakh
    Population 26 to 50: Grant of ₹5.00 lakh
    Population 51 to 100: Grant of ₹8.00 lakh
    Population 101 to 150: Grant of ₹12.00 lakh
    Population 151 to 300: Grant of ₹15.00 lakh
    Population above 301: Grant of ₹20.00 lakh

    How To Apply

    The Gram Panchayat should submit the proposal for the works determined according to the comprehensive plan made by the Zilla Parishad through the Block Development Officer to the District Social Welfare Officer, Zilla Parishad.
