Selection Criteria for Awards (Individuals):

1. Renowned artists, writers, and social workers working in the fields of art, social welfare, and education for the Matang community.
2. Must have worked in the above fields for at least 10 years.
3. Individuals and organizations will not be considered for the award more than once.
4. Up to 30% of the awardees should be women.
5. Only artists, writers, and social workers from the Matang community will be considered for the award.

Award Details (Individuals):

25 individuals will receive ₹25,000 each.

Selection Criteria for Awards (Organizations):

1. Organizations working in the fields of education, health, superstition eradication, and public awareness for the upliftment of the Matang community.
2. Must have done significant work for the welfare of the Matang community for over 30 years.
3. Selection will be based on the organization’s work in the fields of social service and development for the Matang community.

Award Details (Organizations):

6 organizations will receive ₹50,000 each.
